Springfree Trampoline Warranty

Buying a Springfree Trampoline is a family investment. Our commitment to manufacturing the highest quality product means peace of mind for you.

From 1st September 2017, we are proud to offer a world-class 10-year warranty on the WHOLE trampoline. This covers the entire trampoline, from net to frame to mat – we’re here for you! It’s our years of fun guarantee! This warranty is only valid for private household purposes and does not cover trampolines in a commercial environment due to the different nature of use (e.g., schools, organizations, hotels, parks, etc.). 

Prior to September 2017, our warranty provided eight (8) years on the frame and rods and two (2) years on your net and mat.

Springfree Trampoline warrants its products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use and service conditions which do not include general wear and tear, burns, cuts or snags.

Springfree Trampoline is also not liable for costs, damages or repairs as a result of weather, theft, fire damage, vandalism or repairs/alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.

If you decide to sell your Springfree Trampoline, please note that our trampoline warranty is not transferable and applies only to the customer who originally purchased the trampoline.


All Springfree Trampoline accessories are covered by a one (1) year warranty, with the exception of the Springfree FlexrBall which has a three (3) month warranty.

To better serve customers requiring technical support, please register your warranty. Customers with registered warranties are given a profile that allows for easier support and also allows us to contact you with important product notifications.

Warranty Claim

If you believe you have a manufacturing fault or a product defect with your Springfree Trampoline and need to make a warranty claim, please complete the claim form found in the link below. You will need to provide your trampoline’s model name, serial number, date and place of purchase and a scan of your purchase receipt. Replacement parts provided under warranty do not extend the period of the warranty. Replacement parts receive a warranty equal to the residual balance of the original trampoline warranty.
