Spare Parts are available to order directly from our online store.

All Springfree Trampoline spare parts purchased come with a two-year (2-yr) warranty for the original purchaser of the spare parts (warranty is not transferrable).  Proof of purchase is required.  

Before placing your order, please ensure that you are purchasing the correct parts for your trampoline, as spare parts vary between models and generations.

First, you will need to identify the trampoline model and find the serial number of the frame, net, or mat.  The primary serial number is located on the frame (white sticker or gold etching).  Serial numbers are also located on the net (tag attached to the net under the warning label at the entrance of the net) and mat (tag attached to the edge of the mat adjacent to one of the mat warning labels).  The first two characters of the serial numbers are identical and begin with “G3” (Generation 3), “G4” (Generation 4), “S1” or “S2”, or, on older models a series of five (5) numbers. 

Spare parts available in our web shop include the trampoline generation in their names, so once you have identified the model and generation of your trampoline, you should be able to choose the correct parts for your trampoline.  

Another way to verify the generation of your trampoline is to count the number of mat rods, as these differ between generations.  Corresponding mat rod counts are included in the product descriptions.
